Why This Work Matters To Me
Being diagnosed with thyroid cancer in my thirties was a defining moment. It disrupted my sense of certainty and identity at a time when I was building my future. I experienced first-hand how quickly the mind can shift into protection mode, and how that internal change can affect confidence, decision-making, and the ability to move forward.
That experience led me to explore how the brain responds to pressure and uncertainty. I trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, clinical hypnosis, and later advanced BWRT®, developing a structured understanding of how subconscious patterns influence behaviour. Over time, this became not just professional training, but a practical framework for helping people create meaningful psychological change.
Today, this means I work with clients in a focused and grounded way. I understand how unsettling it can feel when your thinking changes under pressure, and how important it is to restore clarity and self-trust quickly. Sessions are calm, structured, and designed to help you regain momentum in the situations that matter most.

Ready when you are
If you’ve been carrying something for too long — anxiety, overthinking, old memories, or patterns that don’t shift — this may be the moment things start to turn.
You don’t have to do it alone.
